Her Hypnotherapy sessions are designed to explore and alter limitations that are set by subconscious beliefs and conventional thinking. These treatments are useful for exploring emotional and physical barriers to health and healing and can serve as an outlet for self discovery.

Nara often takes pilgrimages to the homes of tutelary spirits as this practice is a vital part of Mongolian Shamanism. These journeys take place in locations such as The Gobi Desert, The Altai Mountains and The Siberian Taiga.

Shamans help clients to heal by retrieving the lost portion of their power and soul. When you are planing to receive a Shamanic Healing Session, you don’t have to decide on which part of your life and/or physical body to work on, a shaman can access that information for you. Both Hypnotherapy and Shamanic treatments by request can be administered virtually.
