Cara is a Certified Massage Therapist trained in a variety of modalities and techniques including Lomi Lomi, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, and Prenatal. She graduated from National Holistic Institute in 2010 and has continued to practice, love and learn more about massage ever since.

She loves creating and being in an environment where a client can step away from the business of life and receive calm therapeutic touch. She uses a combination of techniques for a deep yet nurturing and relaxing massage. She likes to talk to clients about any expectations for their massage session, as well as anything she may need to know about their bodies, in order to formulate a massage specifically to meet their needs.

She uses her growing knowledge of anatomy and assessment strategies to customize these sessions. She believes that massage can be therapeutic and relieve tension while being energetic. Her massage style reflects that and can be very specific to target certain muscles or broad for a full body relaxation but always maintains a flow, connection and a grounding presence.

Nara Tucker, CHT, LMT

Nara is also a practitioner and researcher of Mongolian Sky Shamanism. She additionally holds certificates in Advanced Hypnotherapy. She is a member of The American Council of Hypnotist Examiners and a member of the unbroken lineage of Khalhk Shamans.

Her Hypnotherapy sessions are designed to explore and alter limitations that are set by subconscious beliefs and conventional thinking. These treatments are useful for exploring emotional and physical barriers to health and healing and can serve as an outlet for self discovery.

Nara often takes pilgrimages to the homes of tutelary spirits as this practice is a vital part of Mongolian Shamanism. These journeys take place in locations such as The Gobi Desert, The Altai Mountains and The Siberian Taiga.

Shamans help clients to heal by retrieving the lost portion of their power and soul. When you are planing to receive a Shamanic Healing Session, you don’t have to decide on which part of your life and/or physical body to work on, a shaman can access that information for you. Both Hypnotherapy and Shamanic treatments by request can be administered virtually.
