  • TMJ-generated headaches are usually in the temporal area
  • Trauma, such as concussions, mild traumatic brain injury
  • Food sensitivity and dehydration: Certain foods and drinks, such as caffeine, alcohol, and processed foods, can trigger headaches in some individuals
