Functional Rehabilitation

Fitwell ChiropractorAt FitWell our concept of progressive rehabilitation encompasses many forms of what is known as active care. Progressive rehabilitation involves sequenced exercises and stretching for maximum healing. Strengthening our bodies is the most important element of injury prevention.

Home exercises are taught in a one on one setting to be certain our patients understand the correct movements and benefits that they are designed to elicit. We tailor our patients’ proactive therapy outside the office to their particular lifestyle, time constraints and activities.

It is entirely possible for an individual to repair from injury while simultaneously continuing to progress in other aspects of fitness, virtually losing little or no ground at all. We specialize in helping patients to achieve these goals. The bottom line at FitWell Chiropractic Sports Medicine is to help you get better faster and back to doing the things you love.

Complete Chiropractic Care

  • Janet Thompson – Ultra Marathoner

“Lisa is an outstanding healthcare provider, not only for her ART and chiropractic work but also for her holistic approach to body work. Her caring and compassion are always evident in her sessions. Lisa consistently takes the time and energy to explore how various aspects of the patient’s life may be contributing to the aches and pains. With Lisa’s therapy, guidance, and encouragement, I’ve been able to stay healthy while training for and completing multiple ultramarathons. Many thanks to Lisa and Rikke for all their kindness and support!”
